Kayla Lee

UX/UI Researcher & Designer

Kayla Lee is a Product Designer who started her career in business development and partnerships before making the jump into design. Over the past few years, she's focused on end-to-end digital experiences for B2B and B2B2C healthtech platforms, taking complex, high-stakes workflows and turning them into something people can actually trust and use. She's drawn to problems that require systems thinking, understanding how one decision affects everything connected to it, not just the screen in front of her. At PathCheck, Kayla serves as UX/UI Designer & Researcher, supporting the organization's mission of using design for real social good. Outside of work, she runs a small handmade ceramics business, and spends her time with her dog Nala, out in nature, or traveling somewhere new.
