Cirila is the founder and owner of Magna Financial Care, which she launched in 2023 to provide personalized accounting and bookkeeping services to small businesses and nonprofits, from initial financial setup and full-charge bookkeeping to year-end clean-up. Her background spans environmental policy, economics, and accounting, which gives her a distinctive perspective on the intersection of finance and sustainability. Magna Financial Care is a Better Business Bureau Accredited Business and was nominated for Sass Magazine's 2026 Sass Choice Awards in Financial Planning/Accounting. Cirila earned an M.S. in Environmental Policy from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of Maryland.
